Meet the Staff

Christina

Office Manager

Christina is originally from Florida but was raised in North Carolina. She received her dental assistant certification from the Dental Staff Institute of Charlotte and is a graduate from Catawba College where she earned a Bachelor in Business Administration and Management. Christina joined our office in 2017 as our surgical assistant. Over the years she has navigated through the office taking on various roles. Above all, Christina ensures that the office runs smoothly and that patients receive the best care in our office! Outside the office Christina enjoys spending her time with her husband and raising their two boys!

Heather

Insurance Coordinator

Heather grew up in a small town just outside of Greensboro, NC. She graduated from an accredited dental assisting program in 2016 and has worked in dentistry for over 8 years. In 2020, she made her way to Charlotte upon meeting the love of her life and now resides in Denver, NC. Heather has been with our office for over 3 years now and has found her niche working hard to provide patients with the most precise insurance estimates. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and 2 fur babies: Roman and Opal.

Amber

Patient Care Coordinator

Amber is a native to the Charlotte area, but recently settled down in Richfield, NC with her fiancé Zach. Amber has been with our practice since 2021 as our patient care coordinator and enjoys being able to interact with patients daily. While working full time at Oral Surgeons of Charlotte, she also earned a bachelor’s degree from Wingate University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her fiancé Zach.

Grace

Surgical Assistant

Grace joined us in January of 2024 and is part of our clinical team. She has been in oral surgery for about two years. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time outdoors hiking or playing with her dog Maya. A fun fact about Grace is that she is currently in school for dental hygiene.

Alisson

Surgical Assistant

Alisson is a part of our clinical team as a surgical assistant and joined us in March 2024. She has been in the oral surgery field for two years now. When she isn’t in the office taking care of patients, she is shopping, traveling or spending time with her family. A fun fact about Alisson is that she is from El Salvador and speaks fluent Spanish.

Ryan

Ryan has been assisting at his father’s practice since 2011. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing a doctorate in clinical psychology at the University of Indianapolis. He is an avid reader and sci-fi cinephile, and enjoys creative writing, escape rooms, and trips to the dog park.
